I've always believed fitness is about more than just physical change. Growing up as an athlete, I loved pushing my limits — but it wasn't until I was teaching high school English that I realized how much fitness transformed my mindset, stress tolerance, and confidence.
I started coaching women in 2016 while balancing my teaching career, and took it full time by 2020. In 2023, I stepped into in-person personal training and fell in love with the hands-on work of helping clients transform physically and mentally.
Now I'm launching Refined — my 1:1 online coaching program focused on building strength from the inside out. Fitness is my way of creating a life where I can show up stronger, live longer, and move through challenges with resilience.
